Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "Player", "you") and bn88d ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bn88d website, mobile platform, games, sportsbook, and all related services (collectively, "the Platform"). By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bn88d strictly enforces a 21+ age policy and will request identity verification documents to confirm your date of birth. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all associated funds will be withheld pending investigation.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Registering an account on behalf of another person, or using automated bots or scripts to interact with the Platform, is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gambling is permitted in your location before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of any employee of bn88d or any of its affiliated companies, partners, or game providers.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from the bn88d Platform under the responsible gaming provisions of these Terms.

Account Registration and Verification

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the bn88d Platform. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether detected by matching personal details, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other identifier — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension or permanent closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. The following obligations apply to all registered accounts.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bn88d will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• bn88d may require you to undergo identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or when required by our internal compliance procedures. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid national identity card, passport, or driving licence together with proof of address.
• bn88d reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, terms violations, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
• Funds held in a closed account will be returned to the registered payment method on file following satisfactory completion of any applicable verification and compliance checks, subject to deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

bn88d supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity on the Platform.

• The minimum deposit per transaction is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, however deposits above ৳50,000 may be subject to additional verification.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account or mobile wallet registered in your own name. bn88d will reject and return deposits made from third-party accounts.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit unless agreed otherwise in writing by bn88d.
• bn88d does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile operator or bank may apply its own charges, for which bn88d accepts no responsibility.
• Where a withdrawal request is submitted while a bonus is active and the wagering requirement has not been completed, bn88d may forfeit the remaining bonus balance and any winnings derived from it before processing the withdrawal of the original deposited funds.

Bonuses, Promotions and Free Spins

bn88d offers welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free spins and other incentive schemes to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is communicated, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied.

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device. Players who have previously received a welcome bonus and subsequently closed and re-opened an account are not eligible for a further welcome bonus.
• Bonuses that have not been used within the validity period stated in the specific promotion will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• bn88d reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice in the event of systems errors, abuse, or where continuation of the promotion would create a commercial or legal risk for the Company.
• Bonus funds may only be used to place bets on the Platform. Bonus funds may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used in ways other than those specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Free spins, where awarded, are valid only on the specific game(s) stated in the relevant promotion. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal.

Sports Betting and Casino Game Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the bn88d Platform. Game-specific rules are displayed within each individual game and must be read before participation. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be changed, cancelled or withdrawn after confirmation except where the Platform's cash-out feature is available and explicitly offered for the specific market.
• bn88d reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error or technical malfunction has occurred. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account. A decision by bn88d to void a bet is final.
• Live casino game results are determined by the live dealer or certified RNG software. bn88d accepts no liability for losses arising from player misunderstanding of game rules, side bets, or optional features within any game.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or bet, the Company's internal records shall be the definitive reference. Players who wish to raise a dispute must contact support within 72 hours of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bn88d Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, their balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence.

• Fraud, money laundering, or use of the Platform to transact funds derived from criminal activity. bn88d applies anti-money laundering monitoring to all accounts and will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities upon receipt of a valid legal request.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using bet-hedging strategies designed to lock in bonus winnings while circumventing wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to extract bonus value.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology that interacts with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users, or that provides an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or pricing anomalies for financial gain. Players who discover a technical fault must report it to support immediately and must not place bets designed to take advantage of the error.
• Threatening, abusing, harassing, or using offensive language towards bn88d staff or other players via any communication channel associated with the Platform.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

bn88d is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is intended solely as a form of adult entertainment. This limitation applies regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable and regardless of whether bn88d had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bn88d makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Planned and unplanned maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or regulatory interventions — may cause temporary interruptions to the service. bn88d will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses sustained during any period of unavailability.

Amendments to These Terms

bn88d reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, bn88d will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on account. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team at the email address shown on this site.
